Frank Hernandez, Jr. is the founder and president of The Hernandez Legal Group, PLLC. With a deep commitment to justice and advocacy, Mr. Hernandez has dedicated his legal career to representing individuals, businesses, policyholders, and community associations. He focuses on residential and commercial property insurance claims as well as personal injury matters.
Mr. Hernandez earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University in 2006. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he gained valuable experience at a real estate and general litigation firm. He also obtained both his mortgage broker and real estate sales associate licenses. This early exposure to the legal and financial industries created a strong foundation for his future legal practice.
at St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Hernandez developed a strong interest in torts, litigation, and trial advocacy. He interned for the Honorable Judge Ronald Dresnick of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. There, he observed motion calendars and trials, gaining invaluable insight from both the bench and the litigants’ perspectives. He also participated in the school’s immigration clinic, representing individuals in asylum proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. These experiences solidified his passion for the law and his dedication to representing those who might otherwise go unheard.
Mr. Hernandez graduated magna cum laude and ranked fifth in his class, earning his Juris Doctor in 2010. After law school, he joined several plaintiff-only firms, where he handled thousands of personal injury and property insurance claims. After just four years in practice, Mr. Hernandez founded The Hernandez Legal Group, PLLC.
