As founder and president of The Hernandez Legal Group, Mr. Hernandez has dedicated his practice to representing individuals, businesses, policyholders, and community associations in residential and commercial property insurance claims, personal injury cases, real estate litigation, and community association matters.
During law school, Mr. Hernandez served as a judicial intern at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida for the Honorable Judge Ronald Dresnick, Circuit Court Judge, and at the Legal Services of Greater Miami assisting individuals and families in real estate matters. Upon graduation, he gained invaluable experience as a litigation attorney representing business owners, condominium associations, and homeowners in property damage disputes against insurance companies.

Mr. Viego focuses his practice on commercial and residential property insurance claims, personal/catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, defamation/entertainment law, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, PIP, Americans with Disabilities, Age Discrimination in Employment, and Civil Rights. His practice also includes products liability actions against large corporations including major automotive manufacturers.
