Biography

Mr. Dumenigo is a transactional and civil trial attorney whose practice includes advising domestic and international clients on the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, complex transactional law, healthcare law, commercial and residential property insurance claims, and community association law. Mr. Dumenigo has considerable experience in the hospitality industry, representing large-scale international clients in connection with services agreements, and in the healthcare industry, representing physicians and healthcare facilities with joint ventures and compliance.

Mr. Dumenigo attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he was awarded the Florida Bar City, Council and Local Government Section Law Student Award for his work in the Appellate Division of the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Miami. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University in June of 2008.
